This website

The website contains no working enquiry or booking form, advertising pixel, behavioural analytics or session-replay tool. Its code does not set tracking cookies. A hosting provider may keep routine technical logs; ask us for the current provider and retention information.

Direct enquiries

If you email, call or use WhatsApp, the information you provide is processed through those communication services so we can respond and discuss arranging a consultation. Keep your first message brief and avoid sending a detailed medical, mental-health or counselling history.

Counselling information

Information used to arrange or provide counselling is separate from ordinary website content and may include sensitive health information. Before collecting it, the full client privacy notice should explain what is needed, why it is used, who can access it, how it is secured and how long it is retained.

Your data-protection rights

Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you may have rights to be informed, access your information, correct it, ask for erasure or restriction, object to processing, or request portability. Contact us to ask a privacy question or exercise a right. The Information Commissioner’s Office provides independent guidance.

Concerns

Please raise a privacy concern with us first so we have an opportunity to respond. You can also make a data-protection complaint to the ICO.
