Complaints

Concerns should be straightforward to raise.

If you are unhappy with the service or have a concern about your counselling, you can raise it directly with us. You can also seek guidance from BACP.

01

Tell us about the concern

Email anchorhouse81@gmail.com with “Complaint” in the subject line, or call 07827 852710. Say if you need a different or more accessible way to communicate.

02

Ask about the process

A response timescale is not currently published. When raising a concern, ask us to confirm how it will be considered, what information is needed and when you can expect a response.

03

Independent professional-body route

Our counselling service is delivered by a registered BACP member. If you cannot resolve the concern directly, or do not feel able to raise it with us, read BACP’s current guidance on how to complain about a BACP member.
