Your counsellor
A counselling relationship built on trust and understanding.
A person-centred counsellor offering a warm, compassionate relationship where you can feel heard, accepted and supported at your own pace.
My approach
At the heart of my practice is the belief that every person deserves to be heard without judgement. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel accepted. Every part of you is welcome in the counselling room—your thoughts, feelings, experiences, fears, hopes and uncertainties.
Working in a person-centred way means that you remain at the centre of the process. I will work alongside you at your pace, helping you gain greater self-awareness, understanding and confidence. Where appropriate, I may draw on CBT-informed techniques to help you recognise patterns of thinking and behaviour and develop practical ways of coping with challenges.
