Counselling in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space

You do not have to face life’s difficulties alone.

We offer a warm, confidential and compassionate counselling service where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences freely, knowing you will be heard with empathy, respect and understanding.

  • Person-centred
  • Confidential
  • At your pace

“The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.”

— Carl Rogers

What counselling can offer

A space where every part of you is welcome.

You can talk openly, explore difficult emotions safely and develop a deeper understanding of yourself in a relationship grounded in empathy and acceptance.

What sessions are like
01

Person-centred

You remain at the centre of the process and choose what you want to explore.

02

At your pace

We work alongside you without directing your journey or telling you how you should feel.

03

CBT-informed when helpful

Where appropriate, practical techniques can help you recognise patterns of thinking and behaviour.

How it works

Clear steps, with no pressure to continue.

  1. 1

    Choose how to start

Book a 15-minute initial consultation or send a short question. You do not need to share your full story in a website form.

  2. 2

    Meet your counsellor

Use the consultation to ask questions and discuss what you hope support might help with.

  3. 3

    Agree the practical terms

If you choose to continue, we will confirm the fees, confidentiality, cancellation, records and session arrangements with you.

  4. 4

    Begin counselling

Sessions take place at an agreed pace, with opportunities to review what is and is not helping.
